Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia.  She began her career as a writer for The Richmond County Daily Journal where she won two North Carolina Press Association awards.  Mary Katharine worked at The Heritage Foundation editing their Insider Magazine and its online subsidiary before leaving to become Managing Editor and Columnist at leading political websiteTownhall.com.  Mary Katharine is the creator of the successful video blog series,HamNation, which won a Golden Dot award for Best Vlog from the Institute for Politics, Democracy & the Internet, along with the coveted Weblog Award.

A Fox News contributor, Mary Katharine, or MKH as she is often referred to, is seen weekly on Bill O’Reilly’s top rated news program The O’Reilly Factor, usually opposite fellow contributor Juan Williams.  Mary Katharine is a contributing editor for the Weekly Standard, a video producer for Tucker Carlson’s Daily Caller and hosts a morning radio show on WMAL, the Washington D.C. station.  She can also be found as a guest panelist on Fox’s late-night satire show, Red Eye w/Greg Gutfeldand America’s Newsroom.
